Chef Yanni is a master of the culinary arts, having apprenticed with many of the world’s top current chefs after completing initial training at the New York School of Culinary Arts. Yanni prepares a variety of Continental cuisine, specializing in Parisian-inspired sauces.

A choice between an attractive dining room inside, a comfortable balcony with splendid views and a spacious terrace beside the river, offers different atmospheres for trying the varied specialties a la carte. Banquets can also be catered for with attention to every detail.

History:
At the end of the 70s, we began our stage in the restaurant world with a little guest house which belonged to my parents. There, my wife, guided by my mother (a great cook) prepared popular menus. We decided to open our own restaurant Fine Wine & Dine in 1983, where we began to serve our local cuisine which is easy to prepare but rich in raw materials because we always try to obtain the best fishes and shellfishes from the markets of of the Sponge Docks, and we have been working with some locals fishermen for several years. There are some local farmers who supply us their best vegetables and fruits. We try to obtain our products as directly as possible, from the fisherman or the farmer to us.
Luisa and I have been working in our restaurant for 20 years and now we have included the amazingly talented Chef Yanni and our children Jordi and Ximet, who have added their youth and training.

My sons and I are at the dining-room together with Inma, George, Kelly and with Chus at the Reception we try to make you feel welcome.
In conclusion, our philosophy is familial and we try to give special attention to our clients and friends to feel as if they are at our home, which has a big Lounge, from where you can see the “Tinença del Cantó”, our big wine cellar and enjoy the beautiful sightseeing of the Sponge Docks.
